Executive Administrative Assistant
Duties:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior management
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Perform research and compile data for reports and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
Skills:
- Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in proofreading, typing, and transcribing documents accurately
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in front desk reception or customer service is a plus
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with electronic signature platforms like DocuSign is a plus
