This job requires attention to detail. It is equally a legal assistant job as it is accounting. The individual we are looking for should have a strong understanding of Quickbooks as you will be required to input daily accounts receivable and account payables. We do invoices once a month to clients, as well as keeping a ledger of collections. You will spend the other half of your time assisting the attorney with the preparation and filing of Court documents as they are needed for his clients. Other daily tasks include: answering phones, updating ledgers, and transcribing documents for Court.
