Primary Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers at customer residences and commercial buildings.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build positive customer relationships.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols in all work environments.
• Advise and recommend the best solutions and products based on customer needs.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required Experience:

• Ability to climb ladders and meet safety requirements for equipment.
• Must be able to lift 60-80 pounds and climb ladders of 28-36 feet.
• Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments, regardless of weather conditions.
• Ability to work in uncomfortable positions (kneeling, crawling, bending, etc.).
• Experience with technology installation and troubleshooting is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.

Work Environment:

• Work may be performed in environments that are not heated or air-conditioned.
• The position may require working in both indoor and outdoor settings in various weather conditions.
