Energy Dispatch Supervisor supervises the operations and activities of an energy dispatch control room. Oversees the work of dispatchers and ensures compliance with company policies, practices, and procedures. Being an Energy Dispatch Supervisor requires at least an associate degree. Typically reports to a manager/head of unit. The Energy Dispatch Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Compensation
Full Time - beginning at $20.49 per hour (rate increases to $22.54 after 6 months). Candidates with previous dispatching experience may be eligible for a higher starting salary and the transfer of sick leave and service time for vacation accrual. Paid Vacation and Holiday, Membership in the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System (OPERS), Health, Dental and Vision on day one, Ohio Deferred Compensation, Employee Longevity Program and opportunities for overtime.
