    We are currently seeking a strong customer-focused individual to add to our service team in Breinigsville, PA. As a Service Coordinator, you are responsible for receiving incoming service calls from customers, interacting with service technicians, facilitating service billing, and the distribution of service- related information between customers, technicians, and other departments as needed. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the material handling industry, be highly organized, possess advanced computer skills, excellent communications skills, and the ability to multi-task. Service management or accounting system experience is a plus.

    About the opportunity:

    • Receive service calls from customers.
    • Process work orders utilizing the current business management system.
    • Handle special billings needs of customer.
    • Maintain an accurate database.
    • Provide support for technician to obtain maximum efficiency.
    • Process warranty claims.
    • Track technicians weekly time through reports and verify all time is billed.
    • Receive, review, and distribute paperwork.
    • Complete installation reports for all new equipment.
    • Order and follow up parts issues for technicians.
    • Issue purchase order numbers to vendors as needed.
    • Support policies and procedures of the computer system and the company.
    • Coordinate service with subcontractors at customer locations.
    • Arrange freight for service and support equipment and materials.
    • Perform other duties as needed.

    Required Skills:

    • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
    • Minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service environment; billing experience is desirable.
    • PC/Mainframe data entry experience; strong computer skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
    • Good sense of urgency with ability to handle frequently changing priorities and multiple tasks.
    • Excellent communication skills; written, verbal, and listening.
    • Team player.
    • Self-motivated.
    • Excellent organization and time management skills.
    • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
    • Ability to work in fast-paced environment (resilient).
