Dispatch Coordinator

Remote Position

$11.50-$12.00 per hour

Full time - Monday-Friday; 1st and 2nd shift options available

Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Effective Communication Skills: 1 year (Required)
• Computer literacy: 1 year (Required)
• US work authorization (Required)

Position Summary

In this position you will be representing a national building maintenance company. Customers contracted with this company submit requests for service, primarily through email but occasionally calls as well.

• Process customer and client requests in our client’s system
• Dispatch service requests to local technicians and vendors
• Document and communicate the life cycle of the service request to both customer and vendor via customer systems and email

Requirements Include:

• Experience operating PCs to Type, Navigate the Internet, Search Databases, etc.
• Experience in an environment in which customer interaction is required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Enjoys working on a team
• First and second-shift availability

Training:

• Product training (Understanding of our client's range of products, ingredients, applications, adverse effects, etc.)
• Systems training (How to use CRM and ACD Tools)
• On-the-job training (Frequently Asked Questions, Job Shadowing, etc.)
• On-line training

Home Environment and Workspace:

• Dedicated home office workspace, preferably a separate room with its own door
• Ability to hardwire internet, plug directly into your router
• Agents are responsible for maintaining the workspace in a safe condition
• Personal disruptions are not allowed during scheduled hours and should not be audible in background noise.
• You are scheduled on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift. It's essential to understand this job does not allow flexibility to answer the door or be on-call care for others during work hours.
