Energy Dispatch Supervisor jobs in Port Arthur, TX

The Dispatch Operator answer calls and communicates with our Motor Coach Operators. Dispatchers also call for emergency services, dispatching mechanics from the different locations, call for tow trucks and send accident and injury reports to the internal team with documentation and pictures of the incident.

Dispatchers are calm, clear and in control, especially in emergency situations. They know the appropriate responses, no matter the situation. They track and monitor situations by phone and radio, and respond to any situations reported by our Drivers.

The Dispatch Operator would maintain and file all associated documents and generate all required reports. He/she would maintain communications with all departments and be available for 24 hour on call dispatch and weekends when assigned.

Required Experience:

• 2 years of transportation industry experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to speak, read and write English
• Strong computer skills, Excel, Word, Outlook
