Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Princeton, IN for a Dispatch Supervisor / Load Builder. This position will be responsible for building loads, overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the dispatch department, ensuring efficient and timely dispatching of loads to drivers and communicating with Sales and Drivers.

The Dispatch Supervisor will also manage a team of dispatchers, provide training and guidance, and monitor performance metrics to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience dispatching trucks and optimizing loads for carriers.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a dispatch or logistics environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in using dispatch software and other related tools
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant certifications or education is a plus
