Job Description:
1) Schedule and dispatch winch trucks, field crews, service techs and mechanics to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, and needs.
2) Relay all messages, and information to or from field personnel, supervisors, management, and customers to appropriate individuals.
3) Communicate with customers or supervisors and management to address questions, problems, and requests for service or equipment.
4) Prepare daily work and run schedules.
5) Review daily field tickets to ensure accuracy and all tickets have been turned in from prior day dispatch.
6) Oversee all communications within specifically assigned territories.
7) Determine types or amounts of equipment, vehicles, materials, or personnel required according to customer requirements.
8) Asist in keeping equipment inventory board-spreadsheet up to date.
9) Any other duties assigned by management.
