Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour after training (includes hourly base plus spiffs)

Requirements:

• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with associates;
• Presents ideas effectively, both orally and in writing;
• Managing inbound and/or outbound calls;
• Provide accurate appointment information to internal & external customers;
• Dispatch technicians one call at a time & debrief technicians after each call;
• Building sustainable customer relationships;
• Achieving and exceeding established KPI’s and performance goals.

Additional requirements:

• Ability to work a varied schedule including nights and weekends;
• Ability to adhere to departmental attendance and other established processes and procedures;
• Ability sit up to 90% of your scheduled shift; while performing related phone and computer assignments;
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
