Rhinehart's main office is in beautiful Flagstaff, Arizona with a population of 74,000; situated on the Coconino Plateau at 6909 ft, it is home to the largest stand of ponderosa pine tress in the world.  Flagstaff experiences all 4 seasons and is home to mountain bikers, hikers, skiers and outdoor enthusiasts.  

Work Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:30a - 7:00p; 1.5 hour lunch (staggered with other Dispatchers)

Major Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and administering all Gas and Fuel traffic functions relating to freight delivery.  Responsible for all incoming/outgoing dispatch phone calls daily.
• Records customer orders, dispatches the order to the Drivers, provides BOL (Bill of Lading i.e.: Pink Slip) to the Administrative team for further processing.  Ensures customer orders are correct.  Monitors key performance data to anticipate customer service problems, opportunities and risks.
• Coordinates deliveries and orders to keep Drivers within the daily hours allowed by the DOT (Department of Transportation).
• Coordinates with Drivers to resolve any issues, problems or concerns that arise in transit or during delivery.  Decide and disseminate solutions to meet and satisfy customer needs.
• Coordinates with Management, Drivers, and Customers to fulfill customer orders.
• Report problems to supervisor in a timely and accurate manner and follow-up to ensure problem resolutions.
• Monitors GPS units on the trucks to assist in processing customer orders effectively and efficiently and use location in the event of an emergency to locate the Driver and trucks.
• Maintains a viable relationship with truck drivers and customers to ensure needs are always met.
• Handles all requests, orders and complaints from customers daily.  Provides accurate accident, safety and various other related reporting as required.
• Performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as may be required by immediate supervisor.
• On-call nights and weekends as assigned.
• Employee must demonstrate safe work and risk management practices.  Communicate and enforce all safety and security issues.  Report and process all employee and/or customer incidents or unsafe acts in accordance with Parkland USA's policy and procedures.
• Ensures that confidentiality of data collected and stored are maintained.
• Employee is expected to set priorities and meet deadlines.  Employee is responsible for planning and carrying out assignments, resolving conflicts that arise, informing and coordinating with others as expected.  Employee is accountable for ensuring the technical accuracy of their work and maintaining good working relations, both internal and external to Parkland USA.  Self-direction and motivation are also expected.
• Must meet performance expectations and complete all duties as assigned.
• Tracks driver's hours and reports to manager for each pay period.
• Monitor company fuel and additive inventories, scheduling deliveries as needed.
• Seeks guidance and makes decisions regarding supply points in a constantly changing environment requiring flexibility, good communication and organization.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience dispatching in the fuel industry preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and LMS Systems (PDI or equivalent)
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Flexibility to work within constantly changing priorities
• Ability to work independently
• Previous driving experience in the fuel industry with current CDL a plus
