As a Dispatcher you will be a key member of the Badger State Western, Inc. team and as part of the dispatch team, accountable for the successful relationships with customers and drivers. Dispatchers work in an office environment; candidates must be familiar with Microsoft and possess basic computer skills. Experience with McLeod software is a plus.
Dispatchers must personally excel in customer service, communication, organization, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Experience with problem-solving, recognizing, and understanding priorities, and demonstrating good judgment and decision-making is important. As part of the dispatch team, you will seek guidance as necessary from teammates and the Dispatch Leader, offering suggestions and implementing solutions to individual problems that arise.
Compensation: Annual salary starting at $42,000 (depending on experience). Potential quarterly incentive bonus paid.
