Being an Energy Manager prepares annual budgets associated with conservation programs. May research alternative/renewable energy technologies and determine their feasibility and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, Energy Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Energy Manager work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Position Summary:
The Region Manager (RM) will lead all sales generating activities with bottlers and retailers in an assigned territory. The ideal candidate is a goal-oriented, execution focused individual who can quickly establish relationships for a growth-oriented sales strategy. The candidate will lead the bottler business results and implementation of our joint business plans with our bottling partners while leading a local field sales team. The RM and team will manage and influence Bottler sales and execution, implementation of national and local marketing programs that will drive market share and exceed budget targets. This will be accomplished through effective bottler management skills, people leadership skills, solid market execution skills and the ability to develop strong relationships.
