As a representative , you can expect highly competitive commission-based pay, with top performers earning $140,000-$340,000 in their first year. We provide proven sales training and support to help you meet individual and team goals.

Ideal candidates are excellent communicators who are self-motivated and enjoy working hard in a team environment to drive results. Requirements include a valid driver's license. Bilingual skills are a plus. Previous customer service and door-to-door sales experience is preferred but not required.

As a UNICITY representative , you will educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy, build rapport, and guide them through the sales process.
