Energy Manager monitors the organization's energy usage. Develops and implements practices and procedures designed to reduce energy consumption and/or improve efficiency of usage. Being an Energy Manager prepares annual budgets associated with conservation programs. May research alternative/renewable energy technologies and determine their feasibility and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, Energy Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Energy Manager work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. As an Energy Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting home energy audits and recommending energy-efficient upgrades to homeowners. - Build relationships with homeowners
- No cold calling
- This position includes six weeks of paid training in the classroom and in the field.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- High school graduate
- An interest in the energy efficiency industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team

- $80K to $120K potential earnings annually!
- Full benefit package including matching 401K, company paid dental, life insurance, PTO and paid holidays.
- Work hours are Monday-Friday, 9a-7p
