Position Overview:
One week of in-class training and 1-3 months of hands-on training & development as a lead generator. In this role, individuals focus on generating leads for the sales team and you will learn everything about the energy industry and our proven process to sell over the phone. Upon meeting minimum quotas, you will advance to Sales College.
Sales College is an advanced training program designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to become proficient sales representatives. During this phase, trainees learn essential sales techniques such as quoting pricing, negotiating deals, drafting contracts, and closing sales. Successful completion of Sales College indicates readiness to handle sales responsibilities independently and you will then be assigned to a sales team as a proficient sales representative/ energy broker.
As a sales representative/ energy broker you are responsible for managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Sales representatives strive to meet sales targets. You have full autonomy in setting your own pay, based on your performance, and will have continued room for growth in our sales department!
