West Penn Heavy Haul, LLC, a heavy haul trucking company is looking to hire an Equipment Manager. Company vehicle is provided for required travel to all PA locations, and our WV location.

Qualifications are as follows:

• Must have at least 3 years' experience managing multiple mechanics working from different shop locations.
• Must be familiar with oilfield equipment including rig moving and pipeline construction.

Responsibilities are as follows:

• Manages 9-10 mechanics working out of four shops
• Makes decisions regarding repairs and determines what work will be in-house and what work will be sent out to a 3rdParty for repairs
• Determines a cost effective approach to repairs which is directed throughout the company
• Works closely on all warranty work with dealers
• Understands oil and gas industry equipment including rig moving and pipeline construction
• Manages the maintenance program for all vehicles and equipment
• Recommends and implements software to help manage all maintenance and repairs
• Stays on budget and makes recommendations regarding the most cost effective usage of all vehicles and equipment
• Makes recommendations regarding purchases and sale of all vehicles and equipment
• Keeps shops clean, efficient and well organized
• Approves all purchases and manages shop inventory
