Energy Representative is responsible for providing energy efficiency advice to customers. Develops, communicates, and monitors programs related to energy efficiency, sustainability, waste management, and environmental impact. Being an Energy Representative develops and distributes educational material; evaluates and recommends alternatives to existing systems or processes. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Energy Representative typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be an Energy Representative typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Position Summary:
The Field Sales Representative (FSR) will manage and build distributor relationships, educate and motivate distributor reps to gain new distribution, build volume in existing accounts, execute at the chain level within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate is a goal-oriented, revenue-focused individual who can quickly establish relationships for a growth-oriented sales strategy. The candidate will manage distributor/Bottler business results in the Coca Cola Operating Unit assigned region/district and be responsible for the success of the company in that respective territory. This will be accomplished through effective distributor management skills, solid market execution skills and the ability to develop strong relationships.
