Overview

This career opportunity within our career framework is at Managing Consultant level and is for the Energy & Natural Resources consulting business unit. The role as a Managing Consultant will provide industry expertise and business solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Growth: Work with the leadership team to define a sound business growth strategy for designated strategic account(s).
• Solutions: Identifying & defining differentiated services and solutions for various process areas within the designated strategic client
• Customer Centricity: Delivering customer value as a central theme across all activities. Ensuring Wipro is delivering as a partner and aligned to client/customer value and strategic goals.

• Delivery Capabilities - Delivery and program expertise with experience in handling multi shore consulting projects with distributed teams

Skills and Qualifications required:

• 15 years experience in Oil & Gas with expertise in Downstream functions of Refining, Transportation, Sales and Marketing, Accounting & Controls;
• Experience managing business led programs; experience in Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Strong domain knowledge and experience of developing and delivering strategic business and transformative initiatives with a significant focus on Digital.
• Relevant experience working as an SME for the Energy Industry within in a consulting delivering growth and transformation across the energy transition.
