Our client, a leading enterprise in the quick-service restaurant industry, is looking for a Mid to Senior Fullstack Software Engineer . This position is fully remote. Who You Are You are a seasoned software engineer with a passion for building and managing robust, scalable systems. You have a strong technical background in Java, Spring / Springboot, React, Python, and AWS, coupled with excellent communication skills. Experience working at elite consulting firms is a plus. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at managing multiple applications and delivering solutions that drive organizational success. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Manage 3-5 applications supporting the internal HR department, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability. Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions using Java, Spring, React, Python, and AWS services ( Must have these skills) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored software solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for existing applications. What You Know (Qualifications) Necessary Qualifications : 4 years of experience as a fullstack software engineer. Proficiency in Java , Spring , React , AWS , and Python . Experience with application lifecycle management and supporting enterprise-grade systems. Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to work with business and technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Prior experience working at an elite consulting firm. Familiarity with microservices architecture and DevOps practices. Experience with internal HR systems or related applications. Our Perks Fully remote position open to candidates in the US.
