As a Press Set-Up Operator (also known as Stamping Press Operator, Production Set-Up Technician), you'll be responsible for setting up presses and tooling for a variety of metal stamping jobs. You'll ensure machine setups are accurate, read and interpret blueprints, and conduct quality inspections. You'll also have the opportunity to develop and train other operators, with a clear path to a management role for those who excel.
