As an Industrial Spray Painter (also known as Paint Technician, Spray Paint Operator), you'll be responsible for spraying a variety of parts to precise specifications using different types of paint. Your duties will include obtaining and mixing paint, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, managing waste, maintaining your equipment, and contributing to a safe and clean work environment.

• Two years of experience in industrial spray painting or equivalent.
• Good eye/hand coordination, finger dexterity, and color sensitivity.
• Ability to communicate clearly, follow work instructions, and demonstrate a high level of dependability.
• Must be able to pass a respiratory physical and handle equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Comfortable with physical demands such as ascending/descending stairs, sitting, standing, walking, climbing, stooping, and kneeling.
