We are seeking a highly-motivated intern to join our Colliers Project Leaders Group for Summer 2024 in our Providence, RI office. Responsibilities
- Our interns will assist technical staff on day-to-day projects.
- Read and review project drawings and plans.
- Confer with project managers during planning, design, and construction phases.
- Observe project sites and document contractor progress.
- Prepare reports and document project activities and data.
- Prepare analyses from collected data.
- Set up and help maintain project files and records.
- In addition to the work-centered program, we also offer robust internship programming, which includes opportunities to work with other interns, learn about other areas of the business, and develop valuable communication skills and networking connections.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor of Science or Master's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
- Must have reliable transportation to the office and project sites across the State.
- Previous intern or co-op experience in Project or Construction management preferred.
- Possess solid problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work in a high-paced environment.
- Excellent Written and verbal communication skills.
