As a Break Person (also known as Wrapping Department Assistant, Product Preparation Specialist), you'll be responsible for preparing finished products for movement through the Wrapping Department. This includes managing product trays, assisting in quality control, maintaining workflow, and ensuring cleanliness and safety in the work area.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 months of experience in a bakery or similar setting.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently.
• Availability to work a 12-hour shift.
• Proficiency in machine setups for production runs and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with press brake and conveyor systems is a plus.
