    Description

    Job Title: Director of Marketing and Enrollment

    Reports to: Director of Data and Strategy

    Location: Central Office

    Contract: None, 12 month calendar

    Pay range: DOE

    Benjamin Franklin Charter Schools is seeking a talented Director of Marketing and Enrollment for our Central Office located in Gilbert, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in a marketing leadership role. This position is full time, 40 hours per week, 12 months per year.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage direct reports and oversee needed outside services
    • Execute annual strategies for finding, recruiting, enrolling (hiring), and retaining students (and teachers) across the charter network
    • High collaboration and integration with senior leadership, campus leadership, and other departments across the organization
    • Develop processes and tactics to support the marketing strategy
    • Collaboration with the overall marketing budget and alignment with marketing strategy
    • Oversee and manage the organization’s brand and reputation, both internally and externally; and work to build brand awareness within the community
    • Organize the work within the Marketing and Enrollment Department
    • Maintain the student journey, from brand awareness to loyalty
    • Create marketing initiatives and adjust campaigns based on feedback from campuses and Marketing/Enrollment Team
    • Develop the digital marketing strategy, using data to guide decisions
    • Own the master marketing content calendar, with awareness of the annual company master calendar
    • Provide copywriting and editing for print and digital campaigns
    • Provide ongoing reporting and analysis on enrollment and admissions data
    • Develop a process for evaluating and improving the customer/family experience
    • All other marketing related duties as needed

    Qualifications


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, PR/Communications, General Business, or other related field
    • Minimum of 3 years in a marketing leadership role
    • Valid IPV card is required
    • MVR is required

    • Must be a self-starter, who is ready to take the lead on marketing tasks and responsibilities; needs to be comfortable taking a hands-on role
    • Previous experience working in either a K-12 or post-secondary education environment is preferred (or a non-profit organization)
    • Be adaptable and creative when carrying out duties; ability to prioritize to changing needs and projects
    • Possess exceptional written communication skills
