Job Summary: The Director of Outreach and Enrollment will support the enrollment of new students at UCP Charter Schools with the ultimate goal of increasing number of UCP Charter School student seats

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with marketing team to develop and execute UCP Charter School marketing strategies designed to build awareness and boost enrollment and retention of students.
• Supervise Agency Enrollment/Intake Coordinator
  • Assist in the hiring, on-boarding and on-going training of Campus Enrollment/Intake Specialists. Support with troubleshooting of issues.
• Track and monitor enrollment data/processes and systems/KPI data and assist Enrollment/Intake Specialist to meet student enrollment targets.
  • Attend School Admission Team Members on a periodic basis.
  • Review Inquiry Forms for Enrollment Trends/Marketing Needs
  • Review Class Lists/Make recommendations for marketing follow up
• Prepares a variety of reports, analysis and solutions to drive enrollment and retention.
• Coordinate and provide presentations and visits for various potential referral groups to increase enrollment including civic groups (i.e. Rotary Clubs) and attend Community Events.
• Identify and develop relationships with potential referral sources/new stakeholders.
• Participate in the development and delivery of orientation programs for new and/or returning students.
• Lead the updating and distribution of various school admission forms (applications, parent handbook, contracts) including Brightwheel forms.
• Coordinate parent surveys, review data and make recommendation for retention strategies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Training: (or equivalent)

• Bachelors in Marketing, Non-Profit Management/ Organizational Management or closely related field.

Minimum Experience (Required)

• Demonstrated experience increasing student enrollment preferably for a charter or private school.
• Excellent leadership, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication experience
• Marketing experience and knowledge specifically social media.
• Knowledge of charter school enrollment policies and procedures including lottery procedures.
