You Are:
UST HealthProof is looking for a Manager II of Commercial Health Insurance Enrolment & Billing. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the enrolment and billing processes for the commercial lines of business. You will lead a team of enrolment and billing specialists to ensure accurate and timely enrolment of members and premium billing.
The Opportunity:
* Develop and implement enrolment and billing procedures and workflows for clients consistent with client specified guidelines
* Monitor enrolment and billing related operational trends and identify opportunities for process improvements
* Partner with cross functional operational teams to analyze enrollment and billing information and recommend solutions
* Implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline enrolment processes and resource utilization
* Develop and execute strategies to achieve key performance measures
* Monitor regulatory guidelines for impact to commercial enrolment and billing processes and take appropriate action
* Comply with the organization's Code of Conduct, policies, procedures, and internal controls
* Comply with all regulatory and contractual requirements
What you need:
* At least 7 years of progressive management experience in the management of commercial enrolment and billing
* A thorough understanding of commercial enrolment and billing related guidelines
* Effective communications including the ability to obtain clear information and remove ambiguity as needed to arrive at shared expectations
* An advanced ability to approach problems as challenges and deal with them constructively and promoting this approach with all team members
* Well-developed organizational habits and toolkits * Build partner relationships for the benefit of the organization
* Expertise in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: REMOTE
Compensation Range: $74,000 - $110,000
