We are looking for a Claims Manager to help process and track Workers Compensation claims and associated documentation.
This person would be responsible for a variety of duties including requesting treatment authorization, submission of disability paperwork, and entering charges. It will require an understanding of authorization spans (number of sessions approved for a date range), requesting adjustments to those authorizations when necessary, calling Managed Care Organizations and Third Party Administers to follow up, and communicating claim information with providers.
Though this is a full time position, we understand that life happens and are extremely flexible around appointments, kid's illnesses, and the unexpected.
