Job Title: Accounting Billing Specialist

Our company is seeking an experienced Accounting Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and billing procedures, as well as excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the billing process for all clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of invoices

- Review and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable

- Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions

- Reconciliation of account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger, and preparing month-end closing

- Process payroll and assist with yearend 1099 process

- Post all deposits and accounts receivable

- MCO billing 

- Prepare financial reports and analysis as needed

- Assist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred; Associates Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business required

- 2 years of experience in accounting and billing

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks online 

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
