Job Title : Junior Enrollment Associate Department : Office of Admissions Job Summary : The Admissions Office at Spartanburg Methodist College is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our dynamic Office of Admissions team as a Junior Enrollment Associate Student Worker.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the college's enrollment efforts by assisting with various administrative tasks related to the admission process.

Responsibilities : Communication : Calling prospective students and families to invite them to enrollment related events, talk them through their next steps within the admissions process, answer any questions they have regarding SMC, and anything else that is assigned as a phone call related task.

Data Entry and Maintenance : Assist in accurately entering and maintaining student information in the admissions database.

Front Desk Support : Provide friendly and professional assistance to visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members.

Event Support : Assist in planning and executing admissions events, including Open Houses, Enrollment Days, Accepted Students Day, and other recruitment activities.

Collaboration : Work closely with other members of the Office of Admissions team to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment process.

Other Duties as Assigned Qualifications : Current Spartanburg Methodist College student. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Requirements : Must be able to commit to at least 15 hours a week. Must work over the summer.
