Enrollment & Billing Representative jobs in Terre Haute, IN

Trans-Care's Billing Department currently has a position available for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This position will primarily be responsible for posting payments in the billing software, printing claim forms, insurance negotiations, processing refund requests, processing returned mail and billing self-pay accounts.

The successful candidate will also cross-train on other billing functions within the office, including answering incoming phone calls and/or helping with collection calls. This position is Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm and is located in our Terre Haute office. This is not a remote position.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Prior billing experience preferred, but not necessary
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet
• Ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail is a must
• Must be able to pass drug screening, if offered employment
