We are hiring! $16.50-$22.00 /hr pay signing bonus

Become a Medical Billing Representative at Interface Specialists. We are looking for motivated and attention detailed individuals that can clearly communicate solutions to patients’ billing questions and resolve outstanding balances.

Prior experience not required. Paid training during your scheduled shift will prepare you with all the tools and knowledge needed to succeed. Starting pay is $16.50 with bonus pay up to $22.00. Flexible schedules ideal for students (availability from M-F between 9am-7pm, with a 3 hr shift minimum).

We are looking for reps who can stay with the company at least 8 months to a year.

Our office is located in south Provo - close to BYU and 8 minutes to UVU.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Accurately communicate bill details and resolve late billing outstanding balances.
• Answer incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries efficiently and accurately.
• Collect insurance information in a timely & confidential manner.
• Use an effective approach to patient account related tasks like follow ups, call backs, holds, unintentional disconnects, etc.
• Meet and maintain department performance expectations.
