Responsibilities:
As a Customer Enrollment Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate services.
• Utilizing sales scripts and product knowledge to effectively communicate service features and benefits.
• Assisting customers with the enrollment process, including completing necessary paperwork and processing transactions accurately.
• Providing ongoing support and addressing customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborating with team members to meet enrollment targets and achieve business objectives.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.

Additional Responsibilities:
In addition to customer enrollment duties, you may also be responsible for:

• Participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Attending networking events and community outreach activities to generate leads and promote services.
• Contributing to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive customer acquisition.
• Providing feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to management.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
