Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Office Admin to join our team. The Office Admin will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and understanding commission processes.
- Maintain office records with others in shared capacity
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Manage CMS portal and marketing submissions
- Process Agent contracts, marketing co-ops, and leads
- Assist with office management tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Coordinate projects and collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion
- Communicate with other Team Members in assisting with organizational tasks
Experience
- Proficiency in using Microsoft 360, Word, and excel
- Previous experience in office management or administrative support roles
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in project coordination is a plus
