Enterprise Architecture Director jobs in Parkersburg, WV

BE is looking for an Enterprise/Business Architecture SME with significant experience with solution architecture for multi-system projects including defining network, computing, storage, and software solutions:

• Shall demonstrate innovation with problem solving/trouble shooting. Any perceived issues should be brought to the FBI's attention as soon as possible.
• Shall be able to operate independently with appreciable latitude to develop methodology and present solutions to problems.
• Shall contribute to deliverables and performance metrics as applicable.

In this role you will:

• Provides expertise with the licenses, warranties, and maintenance of Enterprise-level Agreements (EAs)
• Track and maintain EA inventory levels and monitors consumption
• Collaborate with stakeholder and other internal governance teams, applying respective EA terms and conditions for compliance to establish requirements and budgetary impact; provides reporting (e.g., dashboards) for several levels of Management.
• Adherence to EAs terms and conditions compliance as they pertain to the government's software and hardware asset requirements, procurement, usage monitoring, and reporting.
• Technical knowledge specific to the licensing and usage models of products including, but not limited to: IBM, Microsoft, VMWare, Cisco, Oracle, Oracle Java, Atlassian, Informatica, and ESRI.
• Technical knowledge of asset management tools and technologies, including but not limited to on-premises automated asset tracking tools and cloud-based license management services (e.g., AWS License Manager).
• Performing, analyzing, reporting, and presenting market research for on-premises and cloud-based tools and technologies.
• Analysis and visualization of organizational data to inform and equip stakeholders to make actionable business decisions. Particularly experience with the following:

o Primarily these Microsoft applications: Dataverse, creation of SQL databases, and Power BI.

o Other Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint development, Visual Basic.

• Use and administration of Issue and Project Tracking tools such as Atlassian Jira, Gitlab, etc.

Required:

• BS Degree – preferably in Computer Science or other IT related field
• 15 Years of progressive experience in solutions development, preferably in:

o AWS environment

o RDBMS Experience (MS SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase)

• Top Secret Security Clearance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $147,000.00 - $162,000.00 per year
