As a Customer Success Specialists, you will be the first point of contact for our telecommunications customers; resolving problems, creating tickets, and addressing customer concerns. We’re looking for customer focused individuals, passionate about providing an amazing experience, have an attention to detail, and like to problem solve!
We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to work Tuesday through Saturday, 3pm - 12am on our ASPAC (Asia/Pacific) shift. You must reside in the South Sound area and be available for training onsite at our Fife HQ for at least the first 3-5 weeks. We're offering $3000/month with a $400/month shift differential for evening and weekend work. Training will be at our Fife Headquarters for at least one month, with the shift of 7am - 4pm, and will be paid at $3000/month. Shift differential will be paid once ASPAC shift has started.
