Title : Enterprise Data Operator

Location : South Bend, IN

Assignment : 5 / 2 / 24- 3 months (potential extension)

Hours : Monday Friday : 8am 5pm (1- hour lunch)

Pay : $16.78 per hour PAID WEEKLY

Special details : Must pass background.

Summary :

Entering orders, claim freight claims. Communication with Customers or Freight carriers. Order updates and checking information if ETA's have changed and sending updates to customers.

Delivers job responsibilities following a defined standard output or set of procedures. Work consists of tasks that are very routine, or well defined, with specific instructions to achieve standardized solutions.

Problems and issues faced are routine and solutions are clear. Follows a well-established and familiar set of job activities and / or job process to solve a problem.

• Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
• Detect errors using verifying procedures and make changes as instructed.
• May transcribe data from source material into computer-compatible format.
• Require the ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills.
• Proofread and edit own work and exercises some judgment in determining letter and report formats.
• Maintain records of data input.
• Provide key support for functional groups, including performance of a wide variety of specialized clerical functions involving compiling and arranging data, making computations, laying out and preparing reports, processing, and coding documents, and maintaining specialized and comprehensive records and filing.
• Make standard calculations to accurately compile and report statistics.
• Gather, compile, and verify information and enter it accurately into documents such as reports, presentations, or forms;

and office systems such as databases or spreadsheets.

Participates in associate meetings and communicates any concerns to management.
