- Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization.
- Review financial statements and data and utilize data to improve profitability.
- Prepare and control operational budgets.
- Control total inventory management by ensuring the compliance of receiving and inventory control procedures; Develop/recommend alterations to procedures and best practices as warranted.
- Plan effective strategies for the financial wellbeing of the company.
- Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals.
- Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output.
- Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
- Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing, pricing and distribution of goods.
- Monitor warehouse performance and implement improvements.
- Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity.
- Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery.
- Provide technical support where necessary.
- Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services.
- Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity.
- Implement and manage operational plans.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor s Degree and 7 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Valid state motor vehicle operator s license and the ability to obtain and maintain auto-liability insurance in accordance with state laws.
- Experience in wholesale or operational management or other related industries.
- Demonstrated knowledge of SAP system or similar system.
Physical Demands:- Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or adding machine.
- Physical demands with activity or condition may include occasional to rare amount of time include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping.
- May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 15lbs.
