Enterprise Operations Manager manages the daily activities of an enterprise IT operations unit and its equipment. Responsible for planning and achieving budgets, goals, and business objectives. Being an Enterprise Operations Manager implements and maintains enterprise-wide IT system tools and ensures scalability. Follows established operating policies to mitigate risk. Additionally, Enterprise Operations Manager typically responsible for one or more of the following responsibilities: information systems operations activities, computer operations, data entry, data control, operations support, or operating systems programming. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Enterprise Operations Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be an Enterprise Operations Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. A day in the life of a Assistant Manager:
- Customer Service: Assist customers through the application process, prospect new business by telemarketing and educate about lease agreements and price options
- Account Management: Maintain accurate records of customer account activity, to include current and past due accounts
- Relationships: Network and partner with host store to gain referrals and educate staff on lease agreement process
What are the minimum requirements?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Retail or customer service experience (preferred)
