The Entry Level Auditor identifies improper accounting or documentation within the organization. Audits the accounting and financial data of various departments within an organization to ensure accuracy and compliance with government guidelines and laws. Being an Entry Level Auditor may work with outside auditors to help reconcile discrepancies or support the external auditing function. Researches identified issues and makes recommendations to improve policies or procedures accordingly. In addition, Entry Level Auditor requires a bachelor's degree of accounting. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Being an Entry Level Auditor works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. This is a multi-discipline, multi-jurisdictional communications center. Candidates are required to complete the following steps to be considered for this position. NTN testing fees are currently being waived Scores will be pulled the first week of every month. For more information, click here. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. 2. E-Comm Test completion via NTN. Candidates must receive the following passing scores to be considered: a. Call Taker section: 53 or above b. Notes section: 64 or above c. Dispatch section: 43 or above 3. Typing Test completion via NTN, typing at least 35 words per minute, with at least 90% accuracy. 4. E-Comm National Computer Simulations test via NTN. 5. Attestation signed and submitted via NTN by uploading the signed document to your account (available at this link). Candidates successfully passing the steps above, will then be invited to move through the remainder of the hiring process which may include: 1. Telephone interviews. 2. In-person interviews. 3. Job preview sit along with a current Telecommunicator. 4. Reference and background checks. 5. Contingent offer of employment. 6. Drug screening, hearing test, psychological evaluation, and a fingerprint-based criminal history check. 7. Confirmed offer of employment. Job Requirements: • Must be 18 years or older by date of hire. • U.S. Citizen, or legally authorized to work in the United States (must meet I-9 requirements at time of hire). • High School diploma, or equivalent by date of hire. • Ability to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime. • Ability to solve problems and provide excellent customer service in stressful situations. • Ability to acquire mandated certifications (i.e. Law Enforcement Agency Data Systems, Emergency Medical Dispatch, National Incident Management Systems) during the training phase. • Experience with dispatching, customer service, and computer use are preferred.
