Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Attorney to join our legal team. As an Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research and writing, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Duties:

- Conduct legal research using various resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw

- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs

- Provide legal advice to clients on a wide range of issues

- Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings

- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

- Assist with legal administrative tasks as needed

Experience:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

- Admitted to practice law in any US jurisdiction

- Proven experience in legal research, writing, and analysis

- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

- Ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients

- Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills

- Experience with drafting and reviewing legal documents

- Familiarity with case management software is a plus

Pay: $74,439.00 - $85,893.00 per year
