Entry Level Marketing Associate

About Us: Lakes Area Graphix and Signworx (LAG) is seeking an entry level marketing associate to join our team. As part of our marketing department, you'll contribute to the success of various online companies under the Lakes Area Graphix umbrella.

Primary Role: As a marketing associate for Lakes Area Graphix, you will learn and assist in executing SEO driven initiatives, optimizing website visibility and improving search rankings through strategic keyword research and content creation. Utilizing data-driven tactics, you'll analyze campaign performance and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement.

Other aspects of this role include creating marketing collateral for email, print and web campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Preferred: 2-year degree, preferably in marketing, business, communications, or graphic design.
• 1 or more years of experience in a marketing role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute customer acquisition campaigns through various channels (email marketing, SEO, direct mail, online advertising).
• Stay informed about the latest trends in website and sign products through market analysis and research.
• Assist with daily marketing administrative tasks.
• Create content and design images for social media and email campaigns.
• Manage the marketing information system.
• Conduct regular website audits and contribute to webpage changes.
• Assist in generating weekly and monthly marketing reports and data.
• Support production activities when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Understanding of SEO concepts.
• A 2 year degree in marketing, business, communications, or graphic design OR at least 1 year of marketing experience.
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Social Media Platforms, Google Analytics, and email software (e.g., Infusionsoft, Mailchimp).
• Experience handling large volumes of data and creating usable lists.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn on the job and flexibility in work schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
