Job Title: Customer Service Assistant
Overview: As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be at the forefront of our company's interactions with our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all customer inquiries, issues, and requests are handled promptly, professionally, and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies to customers.
- Assisting customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints they may have.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and logistics, to address customer needs effectively.
- Recording and documenting customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Escalating complex or unresolved issues to appropriate personnel for further investigation and resolution.
- Providing feedback to management on customer concerns, trends, and suggestions for improvement.
- Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers of diverse backgrounds.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software.
