General Job Description:

Responsible for sales activities from lead generation through close in an assigned territory. Implements agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding new customer base in the geographic marketing area. Activity will involve considerable direction by Sales Manager. Familiarization with sales processes preferred, but training can and will be supplied. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values. May involve some travel, but less than 10% per year.

Reports to: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be working within and supporting the Sales team and providing customer satisfaction to current and potential customers. Focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals as well as develops strategies and tactics to secure customers with revenue potential. Will handle quoting services to existing and new customers, make recommendations for new opportunities, develop a database of leads and referrals, will help with pricing and proposals as well as assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed. Demonstrates continuous improvement in communication skills with both the internal associates and external customers in addition to developing problem solving skills. Consistently identifying and building effective network with other professionals to maximize revenue and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Performs other duties as may be assigned.

Exemption Status: Hourly

Qualifications:

1. 2-5 years’ experience in customer service preferred.

2. Basic Computer Skills – must be able to use different programs such as Microsoft office, Outlook, and the use of spreadsheets.

3. Familiarity with Salesforce preferred, but not required.

4. Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills – must be able to communicate with customers and colleagues in a professional manner that represents the quality of ENV Services.
