Mortgage Warehouse Lending Application & Compliance Specialist (Remote)

Job Summary
Responsible for the processing and tracking of new Warehouse application onboarding, monitoring and enforcement of line insurance requirements as well as organization, scheduling and follow through tracking of field audit requirements.
Encourage open communication via email and phone.
Field Audit Reviews : Ensure requirements for each Warehouse Correspondent requiring a field audit are met, tracked and documented per Policy and Procedures.
Maintain and utilize a spreadsheet that lists all required Correspondents with appropriate information to ensure tracking and completion.
These items include, but are not limited to, Field audit report, created and signed Warehouse Field Audit Requirement Report (WFARR), tracking of follow up requirements and verification of follow up requirements.
Ensure all documentation related to each correspondent is brought to Audit meetings in a timely manner for review or all requirement parties.
Setup and follow up all audit meetings. Provide a completed report with supporting documentation to all necessary parties for upload to DocVelocity and BakerHill.
Ongoing tracking of audit schedules and follow up requirements required to be sent weekly for Committee reports and audit meetings.
Track and invoice Correspondent for bills received by third party and ensure third party vendor invoices are paid in a timely manner.
Insurance : Ensure requirements of Insurance required for each Warehouse Correspondent are maintained as set forth in the Loan Agreement as determined by senior management.
Maintain and utilize a spreadsheet that lists every correspondent, line size amount of insurance coverage maintained, policies numbers and expiration dates.
Keep up to date working knowledge of Fidelity Bond and Mortgage Errors & Omissions coverage along with the types of accepted underwriters for said policies and the binder / policy differences in each.
Insurance involves communication with the Correspondent, RM, and AE on predetermined schedule minimum of 60 and 10 days prior to binder due date as well as 10 days prior to policy due date.
Job Responsibilities :
Min : 2 year in a related field such as Mortgage Operations or Insurance, including very good working skills with Microsoft Office products.
Preferred : 3 years in a related field including knowledge of business documentation, financial information and insurance policies.
Superior written communication skills
Ability to understand technical and financial information
Organized, with good attention to detail
Facility with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent
