Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, nursing or related field required
• Skilled in the Microsoft Office suite of tools including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.       
• Must be able to travel when needed
• Clinical/Nursing/Reimbursement/Financial background is preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Minimum of 2 years in Long Term Care is required
• Knowledge of Nursing Home regulations is required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of compliance program and policies in healthcare a plus

Responsibilities:

• Lead, conduct or assist with investigations
• Implement and enforce compliance policies
• Complete audits as needed
• Develop, conduct, assist with and work with leadership staff on compliance education
• Monitor Affirmative Action Plans
• Act as a backup Administrator to the Ethicspoint Hotline Platform
• Provide reports as requested
• Travel to facilities to help with compliance trainings
