You'll serve as a trusted point of contact for our distributors, providing guidance, education, and support on compliance matters.     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for distributors regarding compliance-related inquiries, concerns, and training.
    • Provide guidance and education to distributors on the company's Policies and Procedures, ensuring their understanding and adherence.
    • Monitor distributor activities to identify and address any potential compliance issues or violations.
    • Conduct regular compliance audits and reviews to assess distributor compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
    • Collaborate with the Compliance Manager to develop and implement training programs and materials to educate distributors on compliance requirements.
    • Investigate and resolve compliance-related complaints or reports, taking appropriate corrective actions as necessary.
    • Stay informed about changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices, and ensure that the company's compliance program is up to date.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities, including audit reports, training records, and incident investigations.
    • Support the Compliance Manager in conducting internal investigations and implementing corrective measures when compliance violations occur.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure alignment and consistency in compliance efforts.
    • Assist in the development and enhancement of compliance policies, procedures, and training materials.
    • Participate in the review and approval process for marketing materials and promotions to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Provide timely and accurate reporting to management on compliance activities and metrics.
    • Other duties, as requested by business need.

    QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, legal, or customer service roles.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred
    • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the direct selling industry.
    • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to distributors.
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
    • High level of integrity and ethical standards.
    • Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this position.


    QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED FOR POSITION:

    • Experience working in a compliance role within the direct selling or MLM industry.
    • Knowledge of advertising and marketing compliance regulations.
    • Familiarity with SeneGence's Policies and Procedures.
    • Certification in compliance or related field.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    Physical requirements include arm and hand steadiness and finger dexterity enough to use a keyboard, ten-key, and telephone; frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 40 pounds; may be subject to walking, standing, sitting, reaching, balancing, bending, crawling, handling, feeling, kneeling, climbing, twisting; and vision, speech, and hearing sufficient to perform the essential tasks.

    WORKING CONDITIONS:

    Working environment is primarily indoors in an office setting and occasionally outdoors for special events; requires some evening and possible weekend hours and requires use of telephone and other office equipment.
