Job Summary Overview:
The technician’s responsibilities entail the inspection, repair, cleaning and constructing life safety assets (Fire Dampers, Fire Stopping, Fire Doors, Infection Control, Hood/Kitchen/Duct & AHU Cleaning). The Technician is responsible for the daily functions of life safety assets in accordance with OSHA, NFPA-80,101 & 105, IKECA, NADCA and other regulatory agencies.
