Environmental Engineering Technician conducts analysis of soil, groundwater, or atmospheric samples to determine if pollutants are present and implements appropriate corrective action if necessary. Performs environmental compliance audits and risk assessments. Being an Environmental Engineering Technician requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor. To be an Environmental Engineering Technician typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Electronic Engineering Technician
  • RADIO ENGINEERING INDUSTRIES, INC

  • Essential duties and responsibilities: include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

    • Troubleshoot, repair and update electronic equipment to the component level.
    • Document and log all work performed and test all repairs to a documented standard.
    • Perform equipment tests to various standards.
    • Assist Engineers with assigned duties including documentation, prototyping and installation.
    • Aid with manufacturing and assembly departments.

    Qualification requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

    • Experience with consumer audio/video equipment repair.
    • Knowledge of digital theory and circuits.
    • Must have basic PC skills and be proficient with standard test equipment including digital multi-meters and oscilloscopes.
    • Be able to read and follow schematics.
    • Good solder skills.
    • Mechanically inclined and be proficient with power and hand tools.
    • Detail oriented with good problem solving and communication skills.
    • Degree and/or certificate in electronics or equivalent experience.
