Environmental Engineering Technician conducts analysis of soil, groundwater, or atmospheric samples to determine if pollutants are present and implements appropriate corrective action if necessary. Performs environmental compliance audits and risk assessments. Being an Environmental Engineering Technician requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor. Environmental Technician:

Respond to requests for environmental cleanup of hazardous and non hazardous materials.
Pick up hazardous and non hazardous wastes from client sites and bring back to processing facility.
Process non hazardous wastes for proper disposal
Must be able and willing to work overtime during the week and weekend as needed.
Will train in all duties and provide additional training in Hazardous waste operations.
All technicians work between 40-50 hours on standard weeks.
We Provide all OSHA required training, HAZWOPER, DOT, Respirator Fit Test
Must have a valid Drivers license. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
